Gin and soda tastes like ass most of the time. I can't say I'd drink it with sprite, although sapphire is hardly gin, you might as well drink plain vodka if that's your idea of a "good" gin.
Kroger makes a mint julep cane sugar soda in their Private Selection brand that makes a good gin mixer, though.

If you take a look at the /beer/ gen that mysteriously popped up after al/ck/ got banned, the entire thread is thinly veiled viral marketing, people posting a beer and then going "mmm, this beer is delicious and you should buy it".

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the mods got paid by anbev to get rid of al/ck/, it was the only gen on this board that was completely immune to shilling.

I don't like it at all. Gin is known for being herbal and botanical, Sapphire doesn't really have these qualities, it's "smooth" so people regard it as a fine spirit but I don't think it does justice to gin.
I like Tanqueray best.
