I love brussle sprouts. i usually steam them in a steamer basket for about 9 minutes and then add a bit of butter and sprinkle salt over them. i can easily eat 300g of brussle sprouts a day

imagine unrelated. i dont own any pictures of brussle sprouts

When I was undergoing chemotherapy for my ALL leukemia I craved greens and my mom would boil me some brussel sprouts that I'd eat with pepper and vinegar.

I like steamed vegetables with vinegar, I can eat any kind of vegetable like that. And if you steam them until they're soft, most of them even start to taste sweet which goes well with the vinegar.

I usually don't like to boil vegetables. I guess it doesn't matter if you drink the broth but steaming is supposed to keep more flavor and nutrition in the vegetable.
