Could anyone please identify this cut of meat? I ordered a florentine but it's not a t-bone like it normally is but it was really nice. Trying to get a slice out of the boychers.

Porterhouse or T-bone is the loin and strip loin cut, not rib eye.
What OP got was just a ribeye, bone in.

He also said he ordered the florentine, which IS a T-bone, OP got the wrong cut of beef.
