first of all, pic related, on the off chance of sounding like Ina Garten but storebought ones unironically suck
second, chuck them into a stir fry with bitter gourd, beef, some heavy cream and a couple spring onions, 's pretty comfy

Slated duck eggs are pretty salty. We chinks eat it with plain congee. You could pair it with plain rice if congee is too much work for you

Chink here, can confirm that rice porridge with salted duck eggs is one of the best ways to enjoy the rich oily goodness of the duck egg yolk. Don’t eat too much of the egg whites though, that’s where most of the salt is absorbed.

Hey, I have a question for you. You cook a lot of different food that requires a lot of different kinds of ingredients. My question is do you throw a lot of food out or make use of what you have leftover? For example, I sometimes want to cook Chinese food but don’t know what to do with the leftover ingredients the next day so they spoil and have to throw them out.

I usually try to get things I can use in a couple different recipes, unless it's something weird that I need for a new recipe I really want to try, sometimes you gotta just waste something but I try not to. I also look up tips on how to keep things fresh as long as possible like putting green onions, cilantro in a glass with water and a bag over it, etc.
