What region of Mexico do you think has the best food? What are some noteworthy differences between regions, and what are some of your favorite dishes?

I really really like burritos and enchiladas. Yeah, cliche I know, but fillings wrapped in soft bread is amazing. I could eat it for years.

is it true that Mexico has a traditional soup dish with broth made from the feet sweat of cute 18-30 year old Mexican girls?

It is a cold cream sauce, this dish is Chiles en Nogada.

I'm not Mexican nor am I the OP, but Mexico has a lot of great dishes if you like beans and meat stuffed into bread. I happen to really like bread so Mexican cuisines is one of my fave. I also like how the breads they use aren't really as thick and dense as burger buns (more flavour from what's inside).

Heres a cu/ck/ tier region of mexico, the fucking capital sells quesadillas, wait, but before they are served to you they ask if you want cheese in them.

It might be an unpopular opinion, but I think Puebla has the best food.

Central east, but my grandma was from Mexico City so I'm biased. I really like the sauces from the Yucatan region, and no one does huitlacoche like the South

Baja has fine seafood. Crispy fish tacos and clam cocktails are world class street food in Ensenada.
