OP is sand bagging. Keto is a nearly impossible diet to maintain. Every single meal you eat must contain a fat/protein/carb ratio of 75/20/5%. Unless you are able to and actually enjoy preparing ALL of your meals to exact keto spec, you are wasting your time with this diet. There is a very limited amount of actual meals you can make too which means you will most likely get tired of the diet faster than other diets.

Dieting, It is very simple anons. Just eat 15% -20% less and make sure that the food you do eat is nutritious but also enjoyable for you and get some excercise in 3-4x a week and you will lose weight. That's it. All fad diets are literally fake and gay.

Keto is a meme simply because it’s unsusatainable. It’s decent for what it is. Almost all diets are just a form a food restriction, in this case cutting out almost all carbs. Just a way to get a caloric deficit
