This instant ramen is made in the name of a Super famous Japanese ramen shop.

Yes all instant ramen is crap and you should always make your own broth. I have bags of frozen tonkotsu broth in my freezer for real ramen soup.

It's a nickname for Masaharu Morimoto, a famous neo-Japanese chef who was one of the better known chefs on Iron Chef Japan and the infinitely worse American version.
He's a pretty good chef but lately he just uses his fame to throw his name into bullshit for free money. These are some of his iron chef dishes for example using snapper https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v16tPbilVW0

Wait should you be preparing the broth and noodles separately? Ive always just tossed the seasoning packets into the boiling water with the soup.

>> No.12049424

>>12049421
For normal tier nissan or maruchan ramen, it wont make a difference.

For this kind of higher end ramen with liquid seasoning AND dry seasoning, yes the proper method is to prepare the noodles, dry them, and then add them to the broth.

Has anyone here tried the shirataki noodles you can find on amazon? I miss noodles sometimes but I don't want to stop keto. Some of the reviews say the texture is like plastic, but others say it's fine.
