I like to add coconut milk to my coffee sometimes.

When I make curry I use about half a can of the milk so when its time for coffee later I scoup out a spoon of the thick coconut cream that floats to the top.

I saw somewhere that you have to use a blender to emulsify it right?

For me, a black dark roast is hard to beat although I recently moved to seattle and my opinion is changing quickly. The espresso game here is crazy. I have had some incredibly good lattes since I've been out here.

Brewed in a small moka pot filled with pre-heated water. Brew is pored into a smaller mug with four icecubes. Remaining space in the mud is filled with hot water sitting on the kettle nearly to the brim. Take out half&half, shake carton vigorously and squeeze out a thin layer of bubbles, and let dissipate. Drink with some small sweet.

Ok so I tried it. It's.... Interesting. If I find myself or of milk and cream it works. It's not bad, but does leave my lips feeling oily. Seems to leave the robustness of the coffee more than half&half. As mentioned I can see this working with Expresso more.

French press, black. (Unless I'm not eating anything that day, in which case I add 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp half and half.) My favorite kinds are most Sumatras, Jamaican Blue Mountain, and Kona.
I also like Turkish coffee.
