Very American style lunch. White bread, Polish ham, hard salami, Swiss cheese, mayo, mustard, pepper, with BBQ chips.

Does this seem appealing or non to you?

not at all, but I'm luckily not an Amer*can. Eating chips as a side to a (of all things) cheap sandwich for "lunch" seems barbaric and kinda "British" to me....

Toast your bread and add some greens like spinach or lettuce, and it's the perfect lunch.

nah, i don't think the extra crispy texture of chips meshes well with, well any other type of food really. i'd only eat chips as a beer snack.
i like crispy potatoes that are creamy on the inside but chips, nah, i can't imagine enjoying a sandwich and chips.

the sandwich itself looks pretty good, though of course i'd prefer it if i could get it with non-american white bread

as an american, it's satisfactory. easy to put together, and quick to eat. i probably wouldn't eat that many chips though. i'd shove a few inside the sandwich to give it a tasty crunch, and save the rest for a snack later if i needed it.

op chips look like they're from a bag. are you doing the bong thing where you call fries chips or do you mean actual regular homemade chips that are deep fried thin slices of potato.

Yeah I got news you commie fuck, there's no such thing as "Polish ham" or fuckin "hard salami" here in America so you can pack that shit back up in the empty ammunition magazine you're toting around like a lunchbox and head on back to the muddy gulag where you slithered out of your comatose mother's innards.

It's an eastern european thing. It's chalk/lime and it's used as a pesticide. It's incredibly cheap to make and use and quite effective at protecting trees against certain bugs. More civilised countries use odorless, synthetic and colorless pesticide, but for public use, the state likes the cheap and traditional way most of the time.
