for me its sam yang spicy chicken. this is the EXACT amount of heat i want when i want to sweat just a little and get the tear ducts leaking just enough to shed a couple of heat tears. fucking euphoric.i can go hotter but this is my bliss point.

For some reason I can't eat spicy foods anymore. If I eat anything remotely hot, the next day my stomach is twisting in pain, with painful, searing diarrhea for the first few hours of the day. I still eat it anyway, but I'm cutting back. Now I only eat spicy food on the weekends so I'm not spending half my shift at work on the toilet. I really enjoy this sauce, it's satisfyingly spicy but not too overpowering, making it pretty versatile in my meals.

I like the generic hot wings level of spice, like what you'd get at KFC or something. Where it's spicy, and you feel it for sure, maybe you'll even need a lil sip to relax, but not enough to make you uneasy.
