Lasagne, perhaps. There's evidence that Romans made long strips of wheat, that were like the lasagna noodles of today, and eventually someone in the early middle ages or earlier, got the idea to add beef and cheese to the noodles. As far as I can tell, cows and wheat are native to Italy, so I think lasagne would count as a non-influenced dish. It's even got ancient roots, and is still served today.
