Holy shit I made some babka this morning too! One cinnamon and one chocolate. It was my first attempt and I didn't bake them enough so the middle was a little doughy. Also babish fucked me over when said

Made Gefilte fish and beef stock already. Still have to make brisket, dessert for myself and one for a family friend, matzoh ball soup, and veggie main (spinach keftes).
