Contrary to popular belief, soul food is not eaten every Sunday and doesn't always include fried chicken or collard greens. It's basically just an amalgamation of comfort food that can vary based on your region. I live in Louisiana, so instead of mashed potatoes, we'll have dirty rice. Instead of collard greens, we do peas or green beans. Instead of fried chicken we'll do a pork roast or BBQ. We do mac and cheese and potato salad however. Our soul food resembles holiday dinners usually, and is eaten only on special occasions.

"calories" are a lie.
fat intake at meal time will not make you fat easily because your body can't digest more than a few spoonful per meal and shit the rest out. you have to eat fat continuously to get fat, thorugh snaking for instance.
Sugar however is always digested at nearly 100%, carbs or not. they are why you are fat.
fibers... actually can change how you assimilate some nutrients, so you should never dismiss them fatass.

not really, but chain supermarkets don't have a uniform sales plan for stores. Commonly low income area will not have or advertise when things like produce are on sale when they can advertise something that's cheaper in comparison. If still have permissions I might post a few examples later.
