Custard, OP. That shit is like ice cream but creamier(?), thicker, yet smoother. Also practice your omlette skills. Use them for breading. Poach them in beef broth and then add some mandu (buy store bought dumplings or just fold seasoned pork (add anything like garlic onions chopped boiled eggs etc) inside wonton wrappers) >>>/fit/ might help you
