That's the quickest way to drive me away, too. I don't have a usual. I order whatever type of coffee I feel like at the time. But sometimes you have a run where you order the same thing from the same person a few times in a row, and she (it's usually she) will just assume that's what you always want before you've had a chance to order. Then you have to choose between disappointing her or just going along with it. I don't like disappointing people, so the only solution is to never go there again.

How he would come in and ask for "My Usual", and to shut him down they would tell him they didn't know what that was.
