No, that is just a selection of fried goods from a chippy, and I still have yet to see Iron Bru in anywhere but a select shops. The man in the picture is probably a Scot from Glasgow seeing how they drink Iron Bru up like its cocaine, in Northern England you'll only ever see people get a few bags of chips for their family. Fish and chips is exclusively a treat and not something eaten on the average, although eaten more commonly than other treats.
