Food business horror stories thread?

I work at a all you can eat buffet in the flyover states (not going to be more specific since I don't want to get identified). In 5 years it has made me absolutely loathe people, especially fat people.
>3-6 lards waddle in wearing tents (usually stained)
>proceed to absolutely savage the buffet
>mix of hurry and lack of motor skills means food often falling into other food trays or on the floor
>take half the buffet to the table (seen lards carrying 5 heaped plates)
>one or more will inevitably drop a plate or two of food on the ground that we then have to clean up
>had 3 cases of people shitting themselves at the buffet line (surprisingly not when seated, guess their 600lbs keep the hole closed) so hard it actually ran down their clothes and onto the floor
>runny horrid smelling shit that infested the entire restaurant
>can't even count the amounts of wet farts I've heard from lardasses
>everyone on staff keeps well clear of the rear of fatasses bending over as sharting is at this point not only possible but likely
>people falling asleep at the table after eating too much
>people puking after eating too much
>obese mother of 5 who has zero control over her kids (who are also all obese)

I'm not sure if I hate it or if I love it, it sucks but it also provides endless entertainment and the pay is actually not bad.

They also commonly try to assert that fat women look better and more healthy than average/thin fit women who are mildly toned. when i was a teenager working at a grocery store deli i had some dickhead come in 10 minutes before closing and tell me he wanted some roast beef cut. i just cleaned the machine and asked him if he would just get the pre-packaged stuff (exact same brand & price) but he insisted that he wanted it cut because it cost less. the reason he thought this was because the sticker on the pre-pack was measured in $/kg and the tag in the glass case was in $/100g. i even weighed the prepack to show him it was the same price but he just kept telling me i was "bad at math" and demanded that i get the machine dirty again. fucking prick. oh well i guess these experiences are required to give you the drive to not be a wagie forever.

If you live in a state where servers get minimum wage like everyone else, they are less entitled to a tip.
If food for one person is under 10 dollars, they are also less entitled to a tip.
The amount of a tip they are entitled to increases proportionally based on the price of food per person, and on whether they are paid full hourly minimum wage or not (which depends on the state)
