The dish itself is cool but what greatly disturbs me is the caffellatte you disgusting foreigners drink with salty food.

IT’S MEANT TO BE DRINK FOR BREAKFAST WITH SWEET FOOD ONLY.

Savages

Pancakes are very nice if they are prepared with less sugar than is typical. Just a lovely sponge pastry. Great texture.

In Eastern Europe there's lots of sweet main dishes. You eat the soup as the first course, and then whatever sweet thing as the second. If one day that happened to be a pile of crepes, so be it. There's also breakfast food similar to pancakes, and stuff like sweet porridge. Not much a culture shock to see pancakes.

THIS IS NOW A THREAD ABOUT NIGHT ELF CUISINE

The original lore for Night Elves has them eating wild caught meats, fruit based wines, spiced breads, foraged berries, and tree nuts. WoW then added a few random bits of Korean cuisine to their vendors.

I'm picturing a dish of thinly sliced, pan fried venison served over wild rice with a spicy kimchi. Dessert is dried fruit rehydrated with muscadine wine.
