It's a ratio that depends on the amount of meat that's in the sandwich.
If there's no meat you don't really need the leafy greens.
For once quarter-centimeter slice of turkey breast (or whatever that is in the picture, it doesn't really matter the type of meat but rather the thickness) you should add one cup of leafy greens and one half cup of dried onion powder.

Is that turkey, avocado, and spinach? That would be a pretty good sandwich, but the proportions are way off. No sandwich needs that much spinach. Personally I'd add bean sprouts if I knew the sprouts were safe. Bean sprouts are fucking delicious on turkey sandwiches. Too bad you can't even order them from Kroger anymore.
