Not really, I spend most of my free time either at the gym or doing outdoor solo endurance exercises. All it does is make you barely functional so you can talk to other people while you're on the endorphin rush without such severe issues that you can't hold a conversation or creep them out. The problem is that if you injure yourself or get sick and have to break the routine it fucks you up so badly it takes months just to get back to a point where you can talk to strangers again and not have them immediately want to call the police or something. Last time I got an injury I was holed up inside for weeks eating garbage and only opening the door for pizza. I couldn't even motivate myself to press play on netflix.

Addressing the root cause would probably require going to a professional though and that's totally out of the question because I'm a dude, so it's just going to be exercising until I can't think straight in order to fight off the demons, and trying not to get sick or injured again.
