My mom once made a pot of chili in the instapot. It was good the first night, but the dumb bitch left it on "keep warm: low" setting which is perfectly in the danger zone for food. Woke up with the entire kitchen smelling like a rotten corpse. When we opened it to toss the chili there was a white and purple film on the surface of the chili that looked like the Nasty Patty was put into a blender. Havent cooked with it since.
