I have eggs and pasta. Should I use ketchup as pasta sauce or tobasco?

Cook the pasta to the tooth in salty warter. drain and reserve some warter. Beat your eggs until the consistency of cummies. Add a couple spoon fulls of hot warter back into your eggs to temper them. Put your pasta in a shallow pan on medium high heat. Add your tempered eggs, and stir until incumperated. Serve in a bowl and LAST STEP season with salt and freshly ground pepper. If you have any cheese this would be the time to garnish.

Sweet & Sour? That's the only sauce that isn't too spicy for me. I was going to use Soy but it reminds me too much of wasabi and I get secondhand spicy.

I'd make a pasta con olio with lots of garlic salt and pepper, then fry up the eggs a little underdone so i can use the yolk as a sauce.
Don't use ketchup but you can tobasco the eggs if you want.
Alternately, make a pasta salad and hardboil the eggs to chop up and add to it. Oil and bvinegar salt and pepper dill if you have it or whatever spices you prefer for pasta salad.

There's some mild hot sauces, like Tabasco Jalapeno (milder than standard tabasco) , Sriracha, Louisiana Hot Sauce.

I sincerely suggest experimenting or making your own, at least then you can control the heat content.

pasta is 1 dollar a box her in san fran, I can find budget cans of sauce for 1 buck too. Just drive to local walmart, ketchup prob more expensive to use.

Hunt's canned sauce isn't bad. You can add a can of diced tomatoes and seasoning to spice it up. Most store bought sauce is shit anyway might as well buy the cheapest.

Spaghetti with ketchup, grated cheese and a fried egg is pretty based. My mom made it often when I was little and we ware poor.
