Im of those who thinks a good borger must have a good juicy beef patty and a fucking nice and properly made bun, so this supreme combination makes the rest seasons useless.

Salt and pepper then top with swiss or cheddar cheese, fresh tomato, a single big lettuce leaf folded over, and some chipotle aioli mixed with a little bit more else mayo. Sometimes I'll add two strips of bacon too or occasionally substitute the salt for a bit of soy sauce. I think my burgers are pretty good and I've gotten compliments on them but I still want to find new ways to make them better.

I season with a lil parsley, black pepper, cayenne, and paprika. finely diced jalapeño, onion, and garlic mixed into the beef before pattying, then make a hollow center for a slab of kerrygold to be stuffed in, when done all I then add is fresh basil leaves as the topping or a slab of guacamole and a tomato slice.

I’m an award winning chef in the area I live. I’ve catered for countless celebrities and other rich or influential folk. I make meals that are probably Michelin Star worthy, but the guide doesn’t come through my tourist town.

I put ketchup, mustard, and Montreal steak seasoning on the hotdogs I eat.

sometimes I top these burgers with sundried tomatos, maple syrup, tobasco, and a bit of lime juice. it's really good for a spicy/sweet/savory kind of mix. Sometimes I add kale or mustard greens on top of the burgers too, depending on which one is on sale.
