Uncooked spinach has low bioavailability of it's best nutrients, and basically just ends up being mostly fibre.
But if you like it, you like it. Eat what you like, man.

a lump of plain cooked spinach isn't very good. but adding it to a stew or something like palak paneer is really good. and creamed spinach. and spanakopita.

Does anyone actually eat spinach completely plain? I sautee a fresh bunch (as in the unit they sell it by, not the generic term for a variable amount) in the searing pan of my steak as the steak rests. Add a bit of olive oil, s&p, garlic and fold until cooked. Top with a bit of Italian blend cheese. Delicious. If I make frozen spinach I generally mix the same things in after it's microwaved save the olive oil.

Try the same with chill flakes and a bit of lemon juice with some Parm fresh grated over top. Divine.

Yes, you must have mental retardation if you think she'd be a -7 if she lost all that weight. That's why I gave you the benefit of being a poor reader.

yes at best a neg 7 even if she were to say, lose 400lbs and get skin reduction surgery to remove 100lbs of stretched skin, then lets say she spends $5000 on laser scar reduction then manages to tone up to make whatever skin she has left up to 5% of its notmal tautness, then undergoes years of psychotherapy to undo the damage to her brain, then has plastic surgery to remove the facial sag and 3 chins, then spend 10 years eating healthy and getting in shape to undo the toll that weighin 600lbs does to a bigger, then she'll be maybe a negative seven then.
fuck you bigger lovers

Even if she lost all the weight her arms would still be bloated. There's pictures of her where she's still fat, but not out of control and her limbs have barely decreased in size.
