Weird black gunk inside my egg, never seen anything like it before. Is it just blood spots or something worse? The egg seems fine otherwise, no other off colors and no weird smells.

It's no time to get salmonella, listeria, or any other kind of food poisoning as it could result in a trip leaving your house for medication, or at worst some kind of actual medical care or E.R. visit, so, though you know you don't wish to waste food at this time, it's minimal cost, so I'd chuck this one.
