What's your score?
>0-3: You are generally open towards trying new things. There are some no-go zones for you but with enough accompanying flavors you might try a bite.
>4-7: Some foods gross you out due to irrational reasons. Sometimes you turn down food, your family and friends have brought it up in the past.
>8-12: Your friends know you as the picky eater and try not to share food with you. You are irritated when they point it out. You are limiting yourself to less than half of the restaurant's menu.
>13+: For most people you are the pickiest eater they will meet. Perhaps you have an unhealthy relationship with food due to childhood experiences. Or you might be a supertaster and find some flavour notes overpowering and offensive. Your experience in restaurants is very limited and you are rarely invited twice. You shouldn't be on a food and cooking board.

This is a little hard, because generally I do like things, but there are some exceptions.

For example, I like mustard, but if it's yellow that's a no. Ranch is gross, but it's homemade, it's fine(maybe). I hate coffee/espresso and tea, but if I have to I will take it plain with nothing and only certain types. Beef, American milks, bananas, and raisins are too sweet for me. (I used to really like raisins and bananas, too.) White chocolate is way too big and leaves this nasty aftertaste. Nutella brand nutella is really too sweet/gross. I have had much better brands.

I have eaten everything on this list and would not mind eating it again. Although there are some level of preferences of course, but no outright "never again".

The lowest on my list is liver and only if it's cooked (I just don't like the texture). But I eat foie gras often, so it doesn't apply to all forms of liver.

The thing I eat the less often on this list is crab (even though I love it). I eat garlic snails maybe 6 times a years at least, shit is tasty and cheap as hell so for me it's not exotic. Gotta thank the french heritage for that.

You probably ate french style snails: they cover them with garlic and butter, completely ruining their flavour; so at the end you think they have a similar tast to chicken.
They do not, if you want to get the real snail experience go to Piedmont, Italy, not to France!
Snails have a very earthy taste, with notes of mushrooms, truffle and hazelnuts.
They are excellent when cooked with some tomato sauce, a splash of vinegar and some herbs (rosemary and bay leaves)
