It's been about 10 years since I last worked there, but I think the OR comes daily pre-soaked in a marinade. There is also a frozen supply that comes, but it's purely for if there's a massive day. Usually it just goes until the week of its expiry date, then the store manager runs some kind of 10 pieces for $10 so they can make money off of it instead of it expiring.

1. Tip chicken in to I think it was water.
2. Tip in to flour that's been seasoned, cover it completely.
3. I think it was another dip in the water (this might've just been hot and spicy or stuff with that same coating).
4. In the flour again, then put on the tray.
5. Pressure fried for 35 min.
6. Bring up out of the fryer, drip dry for about thirty seconds.
7. Chuck in the warmer where packers put it in the boxes when ordered.
