But right now the reality is that there is an overabundance of quality meat and dairy in the US, to the point that USDA Prime is being used for ground beef and milk/butter/dairy prices are about to drop through the floor

Factories are pouring milk down the drain and it's impossible atm to sell cattle to the beef for shit's sake, and some of the early posts are talking about meat getting expensive. The reality is that restaurants are all doing shit business so there are almost no orders of meat.
