You don't understand. You're stuck at the level of thought of the average person of the street. Why cut open a frito bag with a knife? Why salt the fritos so heavily? Why cook absolutely hideous egg vomit in a bag after having earned many michelin stars?
See through the deception, anon. This man is trying to lift us up with straight up kino and god tier meals like the gordon frito pie special

the fact that he apparently has no range in his home kitchen triggers me too - i think he mentioned in past interviews he doesn't cook at home but I guess the lockdown sort of gave him a reason to use the home setup. The counter space and access to the sink and fridge is perfect though. but I am guessing that kitchen is very infrequently used outside of these few months.

You laugh, but He probably got the most approachable star cook recipes out there.

Jamie Oliver: alpaca nutsack, seasoned with pepper from a kazakhstan pepper goose, cooked with Himalayan grown bkchwagno vegetables for 2 Minutes on a running F22 engine, served with bandworms from a Sino mountain villager

Gordon: meat and seasoning you got from a local farmer market or Aldi, BUT WAIT, here's the trick to make it tasty

not true, his jr sous chef Mark Sargeant (who was eventually promoted to head chef of his restaurant) got told off for putting fresh chicken stock on white beans that were cooked four days ago.
