I grew up on the alps and I couldn't agree more.
I used to go on hikes once a month and always loved drinking water straight from the springs. Tap water at home also tasted great though.

Water is great, though I try to drink hot tea too, got some peach tea from a store in georgia, added some sugar, like 15g(tablespoon) per 2 quarts.

I like to just drink a lot of water right after I wake up and then do it again around the middle of the day. I agree. I feel like it's a slippery slope to getting back into soda though so I don't buy them since at least where I am you can't get them in a single can. If I drink a full bottle I'll genuinely start to feel ill.

It depends. A lot of juices have a lot more sugar in them than there should be but, fruit generally has a lot of sugar in the first place. I'm not as against sugar in foods but I actively try to avoid sugar in drinks. Pic related is my absolute favorite apple juice

Definitely. I like them as an alternative to soda, assuming they're not using added sugars or concentrates, because it's something flavorful to drink with food. However I stick to water pretty much 100% of the time I'm not eating.

I drink gallon jugs of purified water via reverse osmosis. The only thing that concerns me is the plastic leeching through into the water

Else it tastes like chlorine or calcuim.
Don't buy a fancy $200 one, a simple $30 is enought.
