Who else is fed up with subhumans shoving their restaurant menus through the cracks in your door? Today, some subhuman attached their dirty immigrant menu to my door handle with a rubber band, I shit you not.
The first amendment does not allow you to shove things into people's apartments or attach shit to their door handles. I'm getting ready to kill the next subhuman who does this, in minecraft. At least spam email doesn't literally shove or attach filthy trash in your dwelling.

Speak to your front gate, landlord, association about their security and their proper signs to discourage trespassing. No loitering. No soliciting. No handbills No trespassing. No advertisements. Did this person park? Who lives close enough to go out and tell them to move their car and not to pass out flyers here. Any busybodies like that?
If they want every person to get some advertisement, they can actually pay to have it mailed to every address. Not every joe schmo will know the law when his employer tells him to go pass them out, either. They may totally be clueless. This is why you should post the law about it being private premises, and what you will tolerate.
You may also be able to post your own additional sign outside your door about no advertisements. You can even put something on your door about "do not touch my doorknob or leave flyers, do not touch packages, immune compromised child on premises" People do care about kids :P

It really is a security concern, even if they don't think this is a big deal. No one should be in your building, on your premises, etc without actually living there. They can ring doorbells just to see who isn't home, figure out which people TVs on or silence, who has a guard dog that barks at the noise, or which units have cars parked, and where, which units have windows open, air conditioner on, alarm signs, cameras, visible electronics through cracks in the curtains, etc... this is called casing the neighborhood, and it's a criminal modus operandi. Lowlifes and dumb kids accept menial work, are getting below minimum wage to hand out a stack of flyers, and their friends are lowlifes too. "Oh man, I know this guy has a brand new Tesla outside his unit, and he's gone til 6PM every day, and, I could hear his good bass thumping.

I get like five menus shoved in per week on average. And it's always a dirty immigrant restaurant that goes out of business soon enough--but new ones just keep cropping up like they are opening new failing businesses nonstop with some kind of welfare or something.

my parent's made me have a little once a week paper route when i was a kid
i didn't really want to do it and it paid shit so i didn't care if i got fired or whatever
so anyone that was nice who just put up a note or asked me nicely to not bring the paper or walk wherever i would comply
but if they were nasty i would tramp all over their gardens and mess the paper up and throw it everywhere every single week

Yes, but it's open access with balcony hallway entrances and they won't stop doing this. My next door neighbor commented he is sick of it too.
