Something about ice cream right now really irks me, there's this feeling of deep but vague repulsion I have for the process of human invention as I think about ice cream as well as the human palate, I feel sick. Imagining these humans freezing this milk, adding sugar, enjoying eating it, I want it all to burn.

I guess this is what I choose, it doesn't make me feel that way oddly enough right now.

the churro one is pretty good but something about the base makes it icy sometimes, probably can't handle transportation well, only happens with that flavor. Pineapple upside down cake and butter cake are good too

I've had plenty of blizzards and I don't feel like they taste unique compared to normal soft serve sundaes that have been stirred up. Air doesn't impart flavor, soft serve is already light, and blizzards melt pretty fast so there's little window for a noticeably different textural experience.

Mexican paletas are all natural, and really top tier. Coco is my favorite as well. Mango, guanabana.
But, there is a really good one called "mangonada"
Mango, chilies, lime, and chamoy sauce (which is like a honey jam, made from from things like puree of tamarind, puree of apricot, etc) and salty tajin!

I recently got their super dark chocolate flavor. It was hard as a rock and had to leave it out for a bit to defrost. It was ok. It's like $10 for a pint so maybe once in a blue moon? I still prefer Van Leeuwan.
