There's chicken breast still in the package, and 2 lb of chicken thighs that I diced a couple weeks ago defrosting (oyakodon for dinner tonight, with some leftover for tomorrow). There's a banana bread that I baked earlier this week. The right side drawer has salad and mushrooms. Most of my veggies are frozen because I'm trying to limit going to the grocery store, or I get fresh tomatoes and zucchini and green beans and bell peppers from a co-worker (I make her beef jerky in return). Also fresh sliced strawberries and homemade chocolate pudding and leftover roasted veggie ziti, spinach quiche, poached chicken that I eat for a high protein snack, homemade chicken stock for a soup later this weekend, dewberries that I really need to freeze...

Veggies: More than just "leafy greens" (of which there are alot, including fresh herbs so that's not really a strong point). Broc, cauliflower, scallions, onions you haven't finished. Ginger, etc.

There are many things you "don't HAVE" to refrigerate, but almost anything is better kept when doing so.

sample size of 1, but myoinositol is cheap, lots of solid research (and pretty mild effects). it's in a lot of plants and foods, you eat it already just in lower doses. it's a sugar and the flavor is mild and sweet. i think she carried a bottle of water around with her and she'd dump a few grams in it and drink on it all day, but you could just dose it in the morning.
