What blends do you rely on? Me:
>Herbes de Provence
I use this for pot roasts, and often put it in potatoes, and even on fries.

>Montreal Steak
My go-to on hamburgers.

>Cavendar's Greek
Can go in practically anything.

>An espresso/chili rub I found at Kroger (Private Select brand)
I use this on steaks.

>Cajun seasoning
Tons of stuff, especially seafood, chicken, potatoes.

If you're making a pot roast you use a large bay leaf, Lawry's garlic salt, half tbsp dry onion powder, thyme, and black pepper. You should put onions celery and carrots in there. grab an oven roaster bag and throw a little corn starch in it throw everything inside of there with the meat on the bottom and forget about it at 275 degrees for 2 and 1/2 hours. If you didn't sear the roast first that's your damn problem.

Blends?

Mainly Piffi Allspice, Aromat and Grillspice.

Does Cinnamon and sugarmix counts as a spice then that also

No it's a spice blend or more like flavoured salt "75% salt, smakförstärkare (E621), chilipeppar, lök, paprika, svartpeppar, vitlök,sellerifrön, klumpförebyggande medel (E552), muskotnöt, koriander, kardemumma, kryddnejlika" (can't be asses to translate but there are different stuff in it)

I'm guessing you don't have this in Switzerland.

Sweden and no I actually don't know if I've heard about that before.

Allkrydda is a play on words (Allt means everything and Alla everyone, All- is seldom used but mostly with something else behind it), I guess Allroundspice would be a more accurate name

I really don't... I keep some garam masala, chili powder, and herbes de provence as a base for some things, especially when I don't want to toast and grind a pound of seeds and peppers for a giant pot of curry or chili.
