i burnt the cheese on my enchiladas
>shoulda been watching them
why do the enchiladas need to bake for 25minutes if most the ingrediants have already been cooked?

i shoulda know that if i cook it on an already hot cast iron then i shoulda subtract a few min off cooking time

That particular salsa is intended only for psychics. But they probably won't card you at the register if you're carrying your crystal ball.

Hi, tourist from /v/ here. Hope you don't mind my incompetence.
I bought store sauerkraut because I heard fermented foods are good for you. I really dislike the cabbage scent that emanates from it. On the other hand, I don't mind cabbage in spring rolls in chinese takeaway. The somehow eliminated the smell.
Can I do the same with sauerkraut? Marinate it in soy sauce or something and get rid of the smell?

Can any fellow Vancouver fags recommend a good spot to get some draught beer and comfort food after my miserable 14 day quarantine expires? Not normally the type to eat out, but I really need to get out of the house.
