I'm going to do an energy drink challenge with my mate later today (that is, see who can drink the most in one sitting). What can I expect?

Higher than normal blood sugar. Abdominal cramping. Possible anal leakage. Twitching, possibly convulsions. Bright green urine. Increased heart rate and blood pressure, plus the associated problems if you have a heart condition.

Drink water. As soon as one of you forfeits, just start drinking water. Your goal should be at least twice as much water in as energy drinks, so you have a chance to wash it out of your body. Keep drinking water until your urine doesn't have that "glow in the dark" quality to it; then shower and scrub everything vigorously.
