if done in the right proportions its not that bad, i think people needed something to shit on an cream cheese was a easy target. Its easier to find a good Philly roll or California roll then it is to find even remotely acceptable proper sushi. If you don't want to call American versions sushi that's fine, call it a American rice roll whatever but they taste good so cut the bullshit
