Looks pretty easy to mock up at home. It's the cheapest form of a sub possible. It's ground hamburger beef crumbles cooked til browned before the cheese is added. You can buy a sandwich press or make that in your oven with a weight.

I'd take a cuban pressed sandwich any other day, or even a sloppy joe over a cheapass hamburger sub, tyvm.
