The bones are a little crunchy but if you add some freshly cracked black pepper, some diced onion or celery you won't notice them. Best thing is to mash them up and stir in garlic, lemon juice, cream cheese, parsley and some diced crunchy vegetables. Then spread it on toast or crackers.

I prefer deenz on my pizza, I find the chovies a bit too salty. That's why I like getting a plain pizza, extra thin, extra crispy and adding toppings myself.
