more alcohol, but honestly I am the exact opposite. high alcohol content beers like IPA or even Pale Ales give me headaches and hangovers. Like, 3-4 IPA's will give me the same hangover as a half a bottle of cheap vodka.

I was about to say bullshit but I must have fucked up my drinking math since it looks like half an ounce of more pure alcohol than a tallboy.
I've never had a headache from drinking, only my stomach feeling on the edge all day with no way to fix it. Just bad enough where you notice and don't want to do anything all day, but not bad enough where you can justify sleeping more. I'll go to sleep basically sober but wake up feeling like shit.
Only time I wanted to die was one time I drank way too much cheap wine way too fast, was literally incapacitated the entire day and could not eat or drink anything.

Fish sauce in a Bloody Mary makes perfect sense. A whole ounce is way too much though. Worcestershire contains anchovies but it's not particularly fishy because of all of the other ingredients in it. A dash of fish sauce would add a nice savory depth of flavor and salinity. Not the biggest Bloody Mary drinker but I would try this if I ever felt inclined to make one.
