I accidently got a bag of dried Roma beans when I was stocking up on Pinto beans. Did I fuck up big time? Are these usable in any dishes? All the recipes I've seen talk about fresh roma beans.

Help me out anons.

It's just beans man. Use as any other bean. They have good texture and mild flavour.
