Not bad. If you aren't happy with your sear you can always take the meat off and heat up the pan, then throw the meat back on for a few seconds.

I actually prefer fatty cuts like ribeye to be medium because it lets the fat render down more. All that fat will keep it juicy and flavorful anyway.
