They definitely should have kept the same font for the "R" on the star, other than that I think it looks a lot better.

That being said, I wonder what the mindset behind spending (what I'm assuming is) a huge amount of money for this redesign. Do they think this is going to increase sales enough to regain that money plus profit? I imagine 90% of people who buy Rockstars have been doing so for a long time, at least occasionally, and would continue to do so whether they switched things up or not.

the cost of changing a can design is pennies compared to the kind of money a big energy drink company earns. if it gets them even 0.1% more sales, it was worth it
