A few years ago I went to Philadelphia for a trip and I went to the restaurant in OPs image (Pats). When I saw the menu at Pat's and noticed the wit/wit-out menu it made me a little confused at first since I'm not familiar with that type of language accent. Anyways, being that the line was order and go I decided to just ask for one without onions with pizza sauce and cheese whiz but they said nope you got to go back to the end of the line and say it correctly the next time you come back around which was kind of upsetting to me because I was a little nervous and sometimes I'm a bit quiet when I order stuff. So basically that ment I had to go back around again and actually study the damn menu and I ended up ordering again by saying "wit-out, pizza steak" as I forked over $15 because it was cash only Then they handed exactly what I ordered in less than 3 seconds so delivery was convenient but the naming of the stupid menu items in my opinion was not. That window was only for the Philly cheese steaks and on the other end of the restaurant was a window where you got to order your sodas-drinks, cheese wiz fries (which where over salted), chips, and etc. Overall the cheese steak tasted like any other cheese steak you get at most restaurants that serve them and the whole Pat's thing was more just for the one time experience and having ownership of the saying "Hey I was there!" and nothing more.

When the toy didn't work and the owners gave him shit and called him a "white monkey" and "white trash" because he was getting pissed off so he called them every slur under the sun (and a few more I'm pretty sure he came up with on the spot), knocked everthing from the shelves and tore open a bin bag from outside and started throwing it around the place. They stopped calling him names after that. If you've ever seen This Is England then it was a bit like the shop scene in that. Police got called but they did nothing as per usual. I still go to that shop regularly, have done my whole life. Owners are very respectful and polite.
