I don't know how to properly cook chicken breast in a pan. I just put some oil in the pan, put the diced chicken breast in, keep moving it around until all sides look white, then turn heat down and leave for a bit and stir occasionally until i think its cooked.
Also I use microwaveable vegetables and microwaveable rice instead of fresh vegetables/rice.
Vegetables = 2m 30 s in microwave
Rice = 80s
