I like to just bake frozen chicken drumsticks, with a little olive oil and salt, in the oven for an hour at 425, turning once. Then I toss them in frank's and eat with some greek yogurt. You have to wait a little but there's basically no work and I like to think it's healthier than most other things I'd eat drunk at 3 in the morning

ok I'm drunk so I'll give some frozen opinions stream of thought
to start, frozen shit is a great backup food and is easy to stock/keep without needing to plan. it shouldn't be relied on for regular/often meals but is a good/cheap alternative to fast food or delivery when you don't want to actually cook.
any cheap fries, tater tots, or any other potato in a convection toaster oven are great
leave plain and pair with any number of sauce for a side or cover in cheese and bacon(or any bits of meat) for a meal
cheap taquitos are pretty consistently good, especially with a bit of cheese and hot sauce/sour cream
frozen meatballs are severely underrated
obviously throw them in any tomato sauce and pasta for a decent meal
also rice/meatballs/bbq sauce are surprisingly good
frozen pizza should be a given, in almost every instance toppings should be added rather than apart of the initial pizza
a good four cheese frozen pizza topped with fresh peppers and onion or whatever is vastly superior to whatever sparse frozen shit is normally on supreme styles
frozen chicken nuggets are good either by themselves with sauce or throw in with rice and make pseudo-chinese food like general tso
