Unironically its probably just meat with potatoes and fish with potatoes. Pretty sure ever single European nation has a variant of that which they don't concider as "foreign" food. Maybe less fish for landlocked countries in the middle.

Pizza is also probably nowdays a "universal" dish. Ie, most people will say that they "ate chinese" or "ate japanese" but wouldn't concider pizza as "eating Italian", rather just a local fast food option.

Pork and potatos are widely spread in most European cuisines, most countries make their own cheese, which they are known for, Spain, France, Germany and Italy all produce their own wines (dunno if I forgot some), most countries bake some form of bread or baguette which is eaten regularly, and European cuisines tend to use more herbs than spices in contrast to lets say Asia.

They are far more uncommon in Asia or Africa, America does not make that much handcrafted bread, all the widely known cheeses are from Europe (although some others including the US are starting to get into the cheese market as well). Wine isn't made everywhere else in the world either, Asia for example focusses more on Sake.

drei im weggla is a very regional thing, and currywurst is pretty bad to be honest.
Döner Kebab is fine, Bratwurst in general too, but I'd say Königsberger Klopse is another good example because it's eaten all over Germany and a pretty unique dish.

It literally means "three in a breadroll" in a regional slang, and that implies that you use "Nürnberger" (a small kind of Bratwurst), because other Bratwursts are too big, and you use only one per breadroll. Since there are a lot of types and Nürnberger aren't the most common one, I think it's more fitting to use the term which covers all sorts of Bratwurst.

It's an old prussian recipe, so it doesn't have a lot of modern influence. The combination of minced meat and a white sauce is fairly uncommon in the German cuisine, apart from this dish.
