In rual America, there's alot racism, do you think racism ever causes cooks to mess with people's food?

This is a real fear, The culinary industry is usually humble and down to earth, but you know, I'm still scare that if I ever travel out of the inner city and stop at a restaurant, the cook might just say "Fuck niggers" and spit in my food.

Reverse is much more likely, black people hate whites and resent their shitty jobs and fuck with food constantly, especially if they are about to quit. Not to say white people don't do this shit, but it's usually teenagers being edgy, and it's much less frequent. Also blacks often get offended at other blacks quite easily, especially for shit like "givin me attitude".
But honestly if were you I'd be more worried about black employees, between their poor morale and their lapses in hygiene on the line, even if they don't "target" you, you still going to get shoddy service. And when we do get a good, black employee, they get fast tracked for management if they stick around for more than a year. Cuz muh diversity.
