keto makes sense if you're a fat poorfag. You go on /fit/ and they tell you you need 150-250g of daily protein but you can only afford chicken legs and pork shoulder. Atherosclerosis is only a concern if you have a high fat intake AND high carb intake. Keto has low to zero carb intake, therefore close to no risk. Veganism, on the other hand:
