I hated brushing before bed as a child. It always used to wake me up too much and woukd make it hard for me to get to sleep.
So I stopped doing it, and just brush in the morning and my teeth are fine. No fillings, no plaque (confirmed through disclosing tablets), no pain etc. Why would I brush more often?
